The regular meetings of the Council of the Town of Big River are scheduled to be held on the third Tuesday of each month at the Big River Community Centre to begin at 8:00 a.m. 

Council meetings are open to the public for anyone who wishes to observe the proceedings. Anyone who wants to address Council at a meeting is required to request a delegation form by calling the Municipal Office at (306) 469-2112 or by sending an email to office@townofbigriver.ca. Delegation requests must be into the office by 9:00 a.m., four business days before the meeting date.
