The regular meetings of the Council of the Town of Big River are scheduled to be held on the third Tuesday of each month at the Big River Community Centre to begin at 8:00 a.m.

Council meetings are open to the public for anyone who wishes to observe the proceedings. Anyone who wants to address Council at a meeting needs to be scheduled in as a delegation by calling the Municipal Office in advance (306) 469-2112.

The public can either attend the meeting in-person or the public who wish to attend via telephone shall provide the Administrator with their phone contact information so they can be provided with the conference call dial-in phone information.
