Town of Big River: Notice of Preparation of Assessment Role

Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll of the Town of Big River for the year 2024 has been prepared and is open to inspection at the office of the assessor from 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 :00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the following days: Monday to Friday, April 12, 2024, to May 13, 2024.
A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required.
Any person wishing to discuss the notice of assessment or potential appeal may contact the assessor at the Town of Big River, Box 220, Big River, SK S0J 0E0. A notice of appeal, accompanied by a $100 appeal fee which will be returned if the appeal is successful, must be filed with the Secretary of the Board of Revision, Kristen Tokaryk, Western Municipal Consulting Ltd., Box 149, Meota SK SOM lX0, by the 13th day of May 2024.
